IntelliTek's risk management team manages the Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation for several of the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) largest systems and networks. DHA systems under our management have achieved continous ATO;s for the past decade. DHA sites managed by IntelliTek have been recognized with "Excellent" ratings on mutiple Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRIs). Additionally, we have developed a proprietary RMF applicatoin that automates 85% fo risk management activites for faster time to value for critical business systems.

Rapid Application Development

IntelliTek has successfully enhanced and improved existing processes for both the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and Department of Justice (DOJ) through the implementation fo a Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. Ths approach enables quicker project turaround and adaptability to changing requirements. RAD's iterative nature ensures early detection and resolution of issues, reducing overall development time and costs, which has resulted in notable improvements in development cycles and more tailored and effective design solutions for IntelliTek clients.

Data-Driven Enterprise Analytics

Our Team has developed data pipelines and analysis tools for various sectors, including healthcare, defense, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies. We recently created an analytics tool for the Department of Defense that intergrated COTS BI software and a python-based back-end to expand the solution's capabilities to include machine learning and automation. This resulted in an estimated savings of 4,600 man-hours per deployment, with hundreds of deployments anticipated in the next few years. Our data analysis and extract, transform, and load (ETL) techniques allowed us to reduce complex log files to simple pass or fail results, providing instant feedback to users about thier system. The application also includes historical analysis and multiple data visualizations to help diagnose larger problems visible only when looking at the data in aggregate
